Where are your products made?
Our core collection is made in our factory located in Parkdale, Toronto
How do I know my size?
Our sizing chart is listed in the drop down of the item page. We suggest measuring a garment that you love & comparing your garment size to ours. This is the most accurate way of determining your size
Please note: Our Gwynne Pants & Dunn Shorts sizing currently fits small. We recommend that you size up one size from your normal pant size to fit correctly
How do I care for my items?
Recommended care instructions are listed on the label of our garments. We suggest wash cold & hang to dry if you don’t want your garment to shrink. As you wear your garment, the fabric will stretch & give. When you wash the garment, it usually returns back to its original size
Returns & Exchanges
What is the return/exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, regular priced items within 7 days of delivery confirmation
Requests will be processed and your refund will be issued once the returned items are approved by our warehouse team
Please allow your bank to process the refund. This may take a few business days. If you haven't received your refund after receiving your refund confirmation, please contact your banking institution
Please note that postage fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item you purchased, please initiate a return within 7 days of delivery and place a new order immediately to insure your receive the garment/size you are wishing for
Once the return shipment is confirmed by our warehouse, you will be refunded for your purchase

What is the online return process?
You can a return here
You will be prompted to request a return for your package. Our team will process the request & send you a return label
Affix this label to your return and arrange pick up or drop off with the delivery carrier
Once the returned item(s) are received in our warehouse and approved, you will receive your refund via the original payment method
Return postage will be deducted from your refund
Can I return sale or discounted items?
Sale or discounted items are final sale
Do you provide free return labels?
Due to geo-restrictions, we cannot offer free return labels. We are working on a solution for the future
Orders & Shipping
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
We aim to process all orders within 2 business days. If you order hasn't been shipped, we may be able to modify your order. Please contact cs@rosarugosa.ca to reach our customer care team
Can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number that will update you on the status of your order. You can click here & enter your order number to get the latest updates on your package.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to North America only. We are working on shipping to other global destinations in the future
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use UPS, Canadapost & USPS
Can I pick up my order in person?
Unfortunately our warehouse is not set up for in person pick up
