Shipping policy

Order Processing Times: After an order is placed, we aim to ship your order out within 24-72 hours. Our logistics team operates Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9-5pm EST. Some garments that require additional customizations or specific hem lengths on pants may be delayed up to 48 hours.

Domestic and international shipping options: We offer both domestic and international shipping to select countries. If your country is not listed as a shipping destination, please contact us at cs@rosarugosa.ca. We will do our best to find a solution for you.

Shipping costs: Rates are determined at checkout based on value of the order. We may ship with alternate courier at times due to better or faster services being available for your region. The shipping service used will always meet or exceed the selected rate's delivery expectation however; any transit delays with the courier are unfortunately beyond our control. 

Local Pick-up: Unfortunately we can not accommodate in-person pick ups.

Returns, changes, and cancellations: To make a change or cancel an order please contact us at cs@rosarugosa.ca and we will try to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed we can not guarantee a no-fee cancellation. More information on our return/exchange policy can be found here

Potential service interruptions: Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control such as international borders, courier delays or holidays. We will do our best to notify you of any possible issues as they arise.

Order tracking: All orders placed will include a tracking number sent to email provided upon purchase.

Lost or stolen packages:  Rosa Rugosa is not responsible for items that become damaged or go missing once they incur a tracking number. We will do our best to help facilitate an investigation with the courier responsible for delivery, however all charges or refunds will be decided by the courier company.
