Returns Information

For customers in Canada and the US, regular priced unworn items may be returned by contacting us within 14 days of delivery confirmation for return authorization and a label. A flat return fee of 35 CAD/USD applies to all return items from US and Canada to cover the label and processing. 

International returns are the financial responsibility of the consumer. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery confirmation for return authorization. Please do not ship any items without prior authorization. 

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
